Darchieve Architecture Landscape Design Co., Ltd. (Darchieve Design) was established in 2008 and it is one of the holding companies of Nanjing Leading Urban Regeneration & Development Co., Ltd. Darchieve Design has always been holding the vision of "creating an ideal world with creativity and design", and adhering to the idea of “being ambitious and pragmatic”. It also aims to realize "the unity of heaven and humans" through ecological integration. Following the design ideas of "openness, inclusiveness and unbounded diversity" and combining international elements with local ones, it is implementing the integrated design of planning, building, landscape and decoration. In addition, Darchieve Design advocates originality and strives to create a unique and excellent brand in the construction industry.

Darchieve Design has more than 100 professional designers, including dozens of national licensed planners, registered architects, and outstanding registered architects from Germany, Britain, and the United States. “Idealism”, “innovation” and “curiousness” are the main features of the core team of Darchieve Design. The Company mainly consists of two major business entities: Beijing Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Beautiful Countryside Architecture & Planning Research Co., Ltd. It also boasts Class-A design qualification in planning, architecture and landscape architecture, as well as Class-B design qualification in tourism planning.

Darchieve Design focuses on six areas: green ecology, urban real estate, culture, sports & health care, industrial park planning and renovation, characteristic towns and beautiful villages. It has undertaken multiples projects in urban planning, urban complexes, large residential areas, culture, office, hotel, business, school and medical facilities. It has also completed the design work of more than 400 construction projects, totaling more than 8 million square meters, including the design and consulting services for a number of special-grade and first-grade construction engineering projects, in which the "Banyan Tree in the Air" construction product independently developed in 2015 was granted the intellectual property patent.

Since its establishment, Darchieve Design has won many domestic and international design competitions and got a number of professional awards, such as the Outstanding Creation Activity Award at 2015 Expo Milano, La Biennale di Venezia, Young Architect Award, Jiangsu Zijin Award, the third prize of 2016 Architecture and Environment Design Competition (Professional Group), Excellent Architecture Design Award of Jiangsu “Architect Cup” Competition and China Jintang Prize. It was also selected as the provincial designated internship unit in mainland China for Hong Kong university students in Jiangsu. Huanglongxian Village, one of the whole-region tourism projects in Jiangning County that was planned and designed for the Beautiful Village Institute was rated as "China's most beautiful leisure village." In 2016, Darchieve Design was selected as a member of the Nanjing Social Science Association, and as an outstanding architecture design group, became a member of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Youth Federation in 2017.

In recent years, Darchieve Design has integrated many excellent design teams and academic institutions at home and abroad through project cooperation and research, including Istituto Europeo di Design, Technische Universität München, Steidle Architekten, School of Planning of Nottingham University, RCR Arquitectes of Spain, Kengo Kuma & Associates of Japan and the Arts Center of Hong Kong Parkview Green, etc. It has also set up many liaison offices in the United States, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Hong Kong. At present, the Company is based in Eastern China City of Shanghai and Nanjing, and plans to set up branches in North China, South China, Northwest China and Southwest China by 2020 and finally cover the whole country.
